What are the benefits of being logged in?
Certain Book Country features such as your dashboard; manuscript and eBook editors; your Notification Center; and books, writers, and news feeds that you're following, only show up upon log in. In other words, log in and you have full access to all the features we've created and developed for our members.

How do I log in?
If you've already created your account, you can log into your Book Country account on subsequent site visits using the same email address and password that you used to create your account. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting new user registrations.

What if I forgot which email I used to create my account?
No problem! If you've forgotten which email address you've used to create your Book Country account, simply enter the most likely email address that you would have used. If it is the wrong email address, you'll receive a message that says, "Invalid e-mail address / password combination. Please check these values and try again." If you receive this message, try another email address that you might have used to create your account.

What if I forgot my password?
If you've forgotten which password you've used to create your Book Country account and attempt to log in using the wrong password, you will receive a message that says, "Invalid e-mail address / password combination. Please check these values and try again." If you receive this message, try carefully re-entering your password or another password that you might have used to create your account. If that password still isn't working, select the "Forgot your password" link from the Login screen.

What will I see when I log in?
If logging in from the bookcountry.com home page, you will be returned to the home page after you've successfully logged in. Once logged in, you will see your notifications in the top right corner of the page and a link that says "logout."
Your authenticated, or logged in, homepage will display your news feed, discussions you are following, and books you are following. If you don't see any of these items, check to make sure that you are logged in.
Also, My Dashboard will show up as a link under the Read & Review and Publish top menu drop downs. If you don't see My Dashboard showing, you aren't logged in yet.

Why can't I find My Dashboard or My Profile?
If you don't see the My Dashboard link appearing in either the Read & Review or Publish drop down menus, check that you are logged in. Upon successful log in, you will see a link to your dashboard appear in both drop down menus.

How can I stay logged in to the site?
Isn't it nice to return to our site and have all your features ready to use each time? To make remaining logged in easy even when you leave our site, we've included a "Keep me logged in" checkbox next to the Login button. Simply check the box and you'll stay logged in to Book Country.

How can I log out of the site?
Logging out of Book Country is easy. Simply navigate to the "logout" link on the right side of the header. Upon logging out, you will automatically be redirected to the Login page.
